Transparent Pricing Model

Pay for what you use.
Not for what you don't.

We don't publish a rate card — pricing depends on the size of your agency and the modules you need. What we can tell you is how the model works, so you can walk into the conversation knowing where you stand.

How We Price

Three variables. No surprises.

Every quote is built from the same three components. There are no implementation fees buried in the fine print, no annual price escalators, and no module fees for features you never asked for.

1

Base System

The Marathon System is quoted at a base rate that covers your initial setup. All quotes start with a minimum of two terminals — enough for a typical small agency to get fully operational from day one.

2-terminal minimum
2

Module Add-Ons

Agency Management and Premium Financing are separate modules. You can start with one and add the other at any time. Adding the agency module to an existing system is priced at a bundled rate — you don't pay full price twice.

3

Additional Terminals

Beyond the base, each workstation that needs access is priced per terminal. A two-person shop pays less than a ten-person office. You scale up when you're ready — and your cost scales with your actual headcount, not a vendor's tier structure.

Per-seat, add as you grow

Why independent agents choose per-terminal pricing

Most modern SaaS tools charge the same flat rate whether you have two users or twenty — which means small agencies subsidize large ones. We've priced The Marathon System the same way since 1982: you pay for the seats you actually use, and nothing you don't.

What's Included

Every terminal includes the full system.

There are no "lite" seats. Every user who logs in gets access to the same feature set. The modules below are available as add-ons — but within each module, there's no tiered feature stripping.

Pricing questions we hear most

Every agency is different. A solo agent adding Agency Management has a very different conversation than a 12-seat office adding both modules and migrating from a competitor. Publishing a number without context tends to cause more confusion than clarity — and it rarely reflects what anyone actually ends up paying. We'd rather give you an accurate quote in five minutes than have you spend an hour trying to reverse-engineer a rate card.
All quotes start at a two-terminal base. This covers most small independent agencies and gives you room to add a second workstation without renegotiating. If you're a solo agent, two terminals is still the entry point — it's priced to be accessible, and the second seat is there when you need it.
Yes. Many agencies start with the core system or Agency Management and add Premium Financing once they've seen how the reconciliation workflow operates. When you add a second module to an existing subscription, you receive bundled pricing — you don't pay the full add-on rate as if you were starting fresh.
There is no setup or onboarding fee. Getting your staff trained and your workflows configured is part of what we do from day one — that's included.

Data migration is a separate conversation. If you're moving from another system, the scope depends on what you have, what format it's in, and how much history you want to bring over. We'll walk through that with you during the quoting process so there are no surprises. Some migrations are straightforward; others take more work. Either way, we'll tell you exactly what's involved before anything starts.
Each additional terminal beyond your base is the same per-seat rate. There are no pricing tier jumps — hiring your fourth or fifth employee doesn't change the rate structure. Just let us know when you need to add a seat and we'll adjust your subscription accordingly.
We can discuss the contract structure that works best for your situation when we talk. We're not in the business of locking clients in — the reason our client retention is what it is has nothing to do with contract terms.
